I have alarmforce installed both at home and my shop. I enjoy their affordable rate, friendly and fast service. I don't think I'll switch to any other company.

As a recent graduate, I live on a tight budget. I decided to go with AlarmForce mainly because of the price. Monthly payment was affordable to me and I have LIVE 2 way communication for emergencies. I am happy I got great protection for my budget. I can use extra cash for more shopping. :)

I have been with alarmforce for around 5 years, and so far I have no issues. Service is great, people are friendly and I am happy to have live chat between my house and the central system. I recommend alarmforce to my friends and they are satisfied as well!

After I moved out, I was always worried about my old grandmother. Then I heard about AlarmCare that alert the central station immediately and send help when a button is pushed. I got AlarmCare at my grandmother's house few months ago and now I am worry free!

After hearing about Alarm Force's Alarmcare, I called Alarm Force Ottawa to get the system for my elderly parents-in-law. My father-in-law suffered from minor heart attacks, so we were always worried. After getting alarm care, all family members are relieved everything is under control.

pretty good service compared to other companies so far. i had to deal with them on the phone when i changed my plan and they were very helpful and friendly.

Having an experience of robbery few years ago, I was always picky on alarm system. I changed to Alarmforce a year ago, and I was sold for the fact that signals will be sent when phone line is disabled. (unlike other alarm systems that will not send/receive signal in such event)

Alarmforce home alarms provide a 24/7 home security, because of their instantaneous response when our alarm tripped off accidentally has given me a feeling that my home is being watched round the clock by alarm force technology and dedicated staff. They have got some great devices.

I had some billing issues with AlarmForce.There was a delay since my credit card reached to expiration date and didn’t renew it in time. But they were understanding and sent me a courtesy reminder. A nice process and a very good company.

The first time I felt they were worth my money was when they rescued my family for a fire break out. My wife was on the phone and didn’t notice fire in the kitchen. But soon when the alarm went on she panicked. The representative who came instantly on the line calmed her and gave instructions.
